BIERRE-APP supervision system developed by Bierre Automazioni represents an innovative approach in the landscape of these tools thanks to software based on Siemens® platform: fully customizable by the user without the need of intervention by the original designer, developed open according to the specific needs, installable on existing machines. BIERRE-APP key features:

BIERRE-MES
Bierre Automazioni realizes MES supervision systems (Manufacturing Execution System) compliant with Industry 4.0 standards to optimize the management of customer’s operations in real time, monitoring, tracking, documenting, and controlling the entire production process, from raw materials to finished products, and integrating production activities with the company planning, typically managed by an ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning).
Today, Bierre Automazioni asserts itself as an integrator of the most important SCADA software (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) in the industrial market, being able to guarantee the maximum flexibility to its BIERRE-MES supervision system, including:

- EMERSON Movicon.
BIERRE-MES takes charge of the complete management of the production cycle, from planning to product traceability, through the interface with the SCADA control system, optimizing operations and improving overall production efficiency.
