Saint-Gobain Italia choose to rely on Bierre Automazioni to upgrade the pallet lifting system of an existing high level bag palletizer serving one of the production lines for building materials at the Gyproc plant in Casola Valsenio (RA).
The obsolete industrial oil hydraulic device, by now unreliable and sensitive to changes in ambient temperature, has been replaced by a latest-generation electro-mechanical and eco-friendly system, controlled by inverter and complete with additional safety equipment for fall arrest and human protection.
Bierre turnkey intervention fully met the customer’s requests for the refurbishment of the proper functioning in compliance with the planned schedule, minimizing downtime for on-site installation and start-up activities.
